Assistant Manager

Job Description:

Duties include managing shift employees and sales. Handling customer questions and concerns. Accounts receivable, reconcile petty cash and days individual cash-outs and days deposit. Open and Close the restaurant. Staff training, cost control, shift duties, and overall restaurant ambience.

Pay starts at $10.00 plus tips depending on previous experience and size of section. Position will include lunch and dinner shift, Monday through Sunday.
