Bear Republic Racer 5 IPA
American Style IPA. "This hoppy IPA is a full bodied beer brewed with malted barley, wheat, and crystal malts. The malt base is designed to highlight the unique floral qualities of Columbus and Cascade hops from the Pacific Northwest."
Diamond Knot Industrial IPA
Imperial IPA. "Full-bodied, deep & earthy. Piney with a smooth, malty finish."
Maui Brewing Big Swell IPA
Hawaii - American India Pale Ale (IPA). "Pours a clear golden-orange color. Strong aromas of citrus hops (grapefruit, orange, pineapple) with sweet, caramely malts and grains on the nose. The smooth, creamy mouthfeel delivers flavors that pleasantly match the aromas."
Leavenworth Biers Whistling Pig Hefeweizen
"Fruity, refreshing, and touched with malt sweetness, Whistling Pig Hefeweizen is a bright reward for days under the sun. Crisp yet easygoing, Whistling Pig is an unfiltered wheat bier. Its classically cloudy appearance characterizes the best German hefeweizens. (Whistle pigs are actually marmots)"
Chainline "Corsa" Italian Style Pilsner
Dry Hopped Italian Style Pilsner. "This beer has notes of stonefruit and citrus peel with a backbone of herbal classic hoppy character."
Maui Brewing Bikini Blonde
Hawaii - Munich Helles Lager - "This is Maui Brewing's lightest beer. Brewed with 100% malted barley, this Munich Helles style lager is indeed light, with low bitterness and a slight malt finish. Refreshing any time of year and especially on a hot day."
Raspberry, Strawberry, Apple or Peach. "Lambic, or spontaneously fermented beers, are the beers of this region and are among the world’s rarest: they are the only beers fermented via wild, airborne yeast - no yeast is added by the brewers. Lambics come only from the Senne River valley, near Brussels - a region about 15 by 75 miles in size. The unusual, demanding, and unique flavors that come from multiple yeast strains are unmatched in the world of beer."
Maui Brewing Coconut Hiwa Porter
12oz Can - Hawaii - American Style Porter. "A robust dark ale with hand-toasted coconut & hints of mocha."
North Coast Old Rasputin Imperial Stout
Russian Imperial Stout - "Produced in the tradition of 18th Century English brewers who supplied the court of Russia’s Catherine the Great, Old Rasputin seems to develop a cult following wherever it goes. It’s a rich, intense brew with big complex flavors and a warming finish."
Samuel Smith Imperial Stout
Imperial Stout. "This distinctive type of beer was originally brewed to withstand the abuses of shipping in foul weather to Imperial Russia. It was a favorite of Russian nobility whose taste for the finest food and drink was world famous. A rich flavorful brew; deep chocolate in color with a roasted barley nose and flavor that is a complexity of malt, hops, alcohol and yeast."
Chimay Grande Reserve
Belgian Dark Strong Ale. "The beer is remarkably dry for the style and the hint of sweetness is derived purely from the highest quality of malts. Flavors of dates, fig and pear are complimented by aromas of dark bread, with a touch of rose. As the beer ages it maintains its elegance while taking on flavors or sherry and tobacco."
Rochefort 10 Trappist Belgian Ale
Belgian Quadrupel Ale. "Dark brown color. Great strength balanced by a complexity of flavors and firm malt backbone. The bouquet covers a wide range: port wine, leather, apricots, oak, spices - a deeply intriguing beverage."
Orval Trappist Belgian Ale
Belgian Pale Ale. "Sunset-orange color; a fruity and slightly acidic bouquet, firm body, profound hop bitterness, and long, dry finish. Orval is bottled with Brettanomyces, a yeast strain that leads to superb dry complexity and age-worthiness."
Ace Pineapple Cider
"Inspired by the House Family’s annual visit to the beautiful Hawaiian Islands our Pineapple cider is an ideal drink for tropical hot and humid climates. Our signature drink the Hawaii 5-0 is a mix of Ace Pineapple cider, coconut rum, ice and a garnish of fresh pineapple."

"The 2017 Syrah La Côte Rousse marks our first time utilizing a traditional technique of co-fermenting small amounts of Viognier along with the Syrah, the goal being to subtly affect aromatic lift and color vibrancy. Magnificent, deep, dark purple leads out to an impossibly brilliant magenta rim. The aromas are a blend of familiar and exotic; black and red raspberry lead the way for sweet and savory salted plum, chamomile tea and white pepper. Weighty but fresh, the palate adds peat smoke and leather with a hint of cocoa powder filling out the package. The finish is saline, lengthy and broad. This is classic Red Mountain Syrah, with precision, brightness and terrific structure."
